Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented General Dentist to join our team. As a General Dentist, you will have the opportunity to provide essential dental care services to our patients, while also contributing to our team's efforts to improve oral health in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental care services, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with Medical and Dental Health Professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement oral health care programs and procedures that meet the needs of our patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active State of Maine Dental License or ability to obtain.
- Experience working with Community Health Centers and rural community dental care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Clean criminal and DHHS background.
- Valid State of Maine Driver's license and ability to be insured by KVHC's vehicle insurance carrier.
Benefits:
- KVHC pays 80% of the Health Insurance Premium for employee and 50% for dependent coverage.
