Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years in a data-driven marketing role, ideally within healthcare or multi-site businesses.
  • Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign performance measurement across SEO, SEM, social, and email marketing.
  • Ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, and forecasting.
