We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Mechanical Foreman to lead our installation team in Christchurch. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in managing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HVAC Mechanical services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage and supervise a team of HVAC Mechanical installers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with the Site Manager and/or Project Manager to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising HVAC Mechanical installation teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of HVAC Mechanical systems, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the HVAC Mechanical industry, preferably with a HVAC Mechanical background in an installation environment.
