Our customers include major telecommunications, utility companies, councils, and contractors.
About the Role
We have an opening for an experienced Underground Locator Technician to join our great team in the Bay of Plenty region. You will work with the latest technology supporting our customers locating utilities, mapping underground utilities, interpreting plans, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
You will demonstrate experience in a Telecommunications/Utilities company GIS/cable location environment. Experience with GPR cable/pipe location is also essential. You will need to hold a NZQA L3 Telecommunications qualification or minimum 3 years relevant experience. Additionally, you must have a Full New Zealand Class 1 driver's license and a good understanding of utility network architecture.
