Main Responsibilities:

  1. Select products from pick tickets and stage orders for production, collaborating closely with supervisors.
  2. Ensure accurate inventory levels by replenishing stock as needed and implementing quality control measures.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  4. Support thaw room activities, including stocking, pulling, and cleaning equipment, to maintain efficient operations.
  5. Use material handling equipment to move raw materials around the facility as required, promoting a smooth workflow.
  6. Participate in perpetual inventory rolls, accurately counting and tracking inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
  7. Crush and scan boxes out of the system as necessary, guaranteeing accurate data entry.
  8. Perform physical inventories as needed, focusing on high-value or critical items within the facility, to prevent losses.
  9. Sort and grade products according to customer specifications, placing them in designated locations, to meet customer demands.
  10. Build large orders for customers, adhering to precise instructions and timelines, to ensure timely delivery.
