Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Workday HCM Consultant where you will play a key role in implementing Workday Human Capital Management solutions for our clients. As a Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to gather business requirements, design and prototype, test and deploy business solutions. You will also participate in Workday HCM implementation activities including discovery, architect, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions.
Your primary responsibility will be to configure the system to meet our customers' expectations and requirements. You will master the art of 'follow through' and ensure timely updates to your project Lead and Engagement Manager on timeline, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, etc. Additionally, you will proactively keep yourself up-to-date with Workday updates and project changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related experience. A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience is required. Project experience is highly desired, and knowledge of Workday or similar functional experience such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SuccessFactors, ELMO, HiBob is highly regarded. You should possess proficient oral and written communications skills, a team-oriented approach, confident facilitation and presentation skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment delivering transformative HR Technology solutions.
