**Job Overview**

Oceania Healthcare New Zealand is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Remuera Rise in Auckland. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to practice at full scope within a nurse-led service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily care needs of residents while inspiring and supporting others
  • Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions
  • Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy
  • Building connections and relationships with residents, families, and allied health professionals

Requirements:

  • A current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Previous experience using clinical systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • The capability to coach and mentor other staff
