The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Principal Service Consultant to guide the overall design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements. This individual will oversee project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support).

Responsibilities
Provide implementation services to customers, including:
  • Supporting the project team in validating customer business requirements and mapping to Dayforce functionality.
  • Designing and documenting innovative solutions to solve customers' business needs.
  • Giving guidance on configuring the Dayforce application to meet customer business requirements.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on strategic implementations.
  • Leading internal project meetings and providing status on progress of activities and deliverables.

Requirements
This role requires:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in human capital management applications consulting.
  • 5+ years in a consultant role with Dayforce HCM.
  • Solid experience in business process mapping.
  • Experience in change management is an asset.
