We are looking for a highly innovative and creative individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3+ years Supervisory/Management experience in design, pre-press and printing production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Design team in delivering innovative packaging designs, art and structural solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the design process from concept to completion.
  • Ensure the best prepress outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the company's growth and success by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Packaging/Design.
