The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – Upper North Island (Grocery channel) to lead a high-performing sales team in Auckland and Northland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range, and explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers within the grocery and retail channel
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow product range
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with previous experience in a leadership position
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within an FMCG environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for sales and a commitment to success
