We are seeking a Senior Quality & EHSS Manager to drive quality and safety management initiatives across our organization.
- Develop and implement quality planning for components and products, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, RBA, and other relevant standards.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement and risk management programs, including FMEA, CAPA, RCCA, 8D, and Fish-Bone, fostering a world-class quality and safety culture.
- Adopt lean manufacturing principles and provide technical support for process control techniques and quality methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, safety, or quality-related discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership in field, production, or other relevant area of experience, in connector/electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems standards and methodologies; Six Sigma background/skillset is a plus.
