Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Assistant to join our team at Torbay school, Auckland. As a Programme Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery, managing parent and school liaison, and assisting staff and your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of before and after school programmes
  • Supervise and engage with children during programme activities
  • Manage communication with parents and schools
  • Support staff and team members as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid NZ work/student visa or NZ residency/citizenship
  • Aged 20 years or older (to comply with Social Security regulations)
