We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Aon Hewitt. In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop client value propositions and proposals that drive commercial success and growth strategies across NZ and Fiji.
Your responsibilities will include developing key messages, preparing pitches, maintaining retention activities, and devising creative and effective proposals and tender responses. You'll also work alongside the Business Development function, product specialists, and service teams to support growth strategies and win mid to large strategic opportunities.
This role requires:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong professional approach to leading the bid process
- A minimum of 5 years leading large and complex BIDS
