Requirements- ECE qualification (Bachelor or Diploma)
- Current full Teaching Council certification
- Early childhood education experience and leadership background
- Ability to build high-trust relationships
- Knowledge of Te Whāriki and commitment to quality practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Current First Aid Certificate
