About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at H&M Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the store's sales and profit.

Your primary goal is to create an environment that makes shopping easy and enjoyable for customers, while also showcasing our latest fashion pieces.

To achieve this, you will be expected to:

  1. Provide personalized assistance to customers, offering product knowledge and fashion expertise.
  2. Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments in a way that maximizes selling opportunities.
  3. Actively process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
  4. Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
  5. Support customer purchases and returns in the register.

In addition to your responsibilities, you will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and skills, building a positive working environment.

This is a part-time role with 8 hours per week. We only accept applications through our career page due to data policies.
