As an Associate Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the General Surgical & Gynaecological Ward at Hutt Hospital.

This involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient flow, staff management, and service delivery.

You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve these goals and contribute to the strategic direction of the ward.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of postgraduate experience in an acute setting and previous experience in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the ward team
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient flow and service delivery
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve ward goals
  • Providing clinical and professional leadership to the team

**Requirements**

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an acute setting
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
