Service Manager for Southern Region

Tangram is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Invercargill service centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service within the agreed timeframe.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve success. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager, Office Manager, and Parts Manager to ensure cohesive team goals. You will also be responsible for managing 6+ staff directly, providing guidance and support as needed.
This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, preferably with experience in diesel and commercial vehicles. The successful candidate will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
