Job Description
As an Allied Health Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing Allied Health Services within our Adult Community Mental Health Service. Your clinical leadership capabilities will be instrumental in shaping the future of our service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day strategic leadership to deliver high-quality services that align with organizational goals.
- Leading the integration of research evidence into practice and implementing contemporary models of care.
- Developing and maintaining organizational systems to facilitate safe and quality care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a leadership role, with support for professional development provided.
- A compelling vision for all Allied Health disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge and clinical experience in Adult Community Mental Health Services and case management.
- Physical health knowledge and clinical experience in the context of mental health.
