About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and passionate Bridge Engineers to join our expanding teams, with opportunities to suit all levels of experience.

As a Bridge Engineer, you will work within one of New Zealand's most reputable structures asset management teams, responsible for maintaining some of the nation's oldest and most heavily trafficked bridges.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and delivering a wide range of exciting projects for our established client base. These projects may involve life-extending strengthening and remediation works, as well as connecting communities with new and replacement solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a motivation to develop successful client relationships, seek innovative best-for-project outcomes, and tread lightly on the planet.

About You

You'll have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working within a tight-knit team environment, but also the ability to work collaboratively with the wider business.

You will be motivated to enhance the delivery of projects with innovative concepts and ways of working.

You will be aware of the full design delivery process from developing concept designs through to detailed designs and construction.

Ideally, you will have had experience using parametric design tools and be keen to develop these skills further and lead this aspect on projects.

You will be Chartered or motivated to achieve chartership, and we will support you in doing this.
