Tangram is offering a career opportunity for a Cabinetry Refinisher. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting cabinetry, doors, and other furniture pieces to ensure a high-quality finish.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of various painting, staining, and finishing techniques, as well as the ability to work with a range of materials from wood to MDF and veneer. Delivering high-quality work with precision and care is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of furniture items: Sand, clean, and prep furniture items ensuring they're ready for paint, stain, or finishing techniques.
• Spray Painting: Use spray painting techniques, ensuring smooth, even coverage.
• Polishing and Buffing: Polish and buff finished pieces to achieve a professional, high-quality finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed pieces to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Mixing Paints/Stains: Mix paints, stains, and finishing products according to specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of furniture pieces.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
