Job Description
About the Role:
Responsible for setting up and managing the daily operation of our sKids Programme, fostering strong relationships with school communities, and playing a key role in 'growing awesome kiwi kids'. Provide day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery, manage parent and school liaison, oversee daily administrative tasks, and lead staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate programme setup and daily operations.
  • Foster great relationships with school communities and parents.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional who has
  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and inspiring their confidence and self-expression.
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector.
  • Excellent communication skills as the primary point of contact between sKids and parents.
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or residency/citizenship.
  • Must be over 20 years old to comply with Social Security Regulations.
