About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Veterinarian Leader to join our team at Humanimals, a well-established Small Animal Clinic in New Zealand.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding Clinical Lead GP Vet role that requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing the clinic, working closely with the Practice Manager to create a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small animal veterinary medicine, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will enjoy a range of interesting cases, with a great balance of consults, medicine, and surgery.

In this role, you will also be responsible for rostering, interviewing, mentoring, regulatory compliance, and driving initiatives for clinic growth. The clinic is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a complete in-house laboratory (IDEXX), Endoscopy, Digital radiography, extensive and modern dental equipment, and Ultrasound.
