Digital AI Solutions Architect for Healthcare Innovation

Purpose of RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to join our team as a core technical lead for our AI initiatives. This role will involve supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance our global internal operations and customer projects.
Main Responsibilities- Partnership with in-market teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Technical AI advisory support to the global team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identification of strategic priorities and potential use cases through stakeholder engagement.
- Application of AI technologies to enhance business solution design processes.
- Evangelization of Atlantis Health's AI solutions' technical, regulatory, security, and data privacy capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience as Tech Lead or Solution Architect designing and delivering innovative digital solutions.
- AWS AI Technologies: Proficiency in AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Bedrock is essential.
- Microsoft Copilot: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, used to automate simple tasks like notetaking.
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud computing, particularly with AWS.
- Big Data and Data Engineering: Experience handling and processing large datasets.
- DevOps and MLOps: Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices beneficial for managing AI model lifecycles.
- Security and Compliance: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for AI applications within the organization.
- Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving AI landscape.
- Collaboration: Effective working with cross-functional teams.
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer and end-user needs.
