The Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to take charge of multi-kitchen operations, ensuring seamless coordination, quality food service, and a strong back-of-house structure that keeps our guests coming back for more.

Your Key Contributions

  1. Oversee daily BOH operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  2. Manage kitchen teams, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support and training.
  3. Implement best practices in rostering, stock control, and food quality management to optimise kitchen performance.
  4. Ensure compliance with the Food Control Plan and all health & safety regulations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience managing multiple kitchens across different locations.
  • A strong background in cookery (5+ years) with diverse cuisine knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to support and develop teams.
  • Proficiency in kitchen costings, budgeting, and stock management.
