**Job Description**

Newbury School invites applications for a Fixed-Term Teacher (Years 7-8) position commencing term 3, 2025. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality education to our students.

You will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of our teaching model, working closely with your collaborative partner, the rest of our teaching team, and school leaders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  1. Exemplary classroom management skills
  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills
  3. Strong subject matter expertise
  4. Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Teach Years 7-8 classes
  2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
