As a Machine Technician, you'll play a key role in shaping our future success by helping us produce top-notch air conditioners.

  • You'll work closely with the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman to ensure the smooth operation of our machines and processes.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Setting up and monitoring machines according to guidelines
  • Making adjustments and recovering from breakdowns
  • Performing regular TPM as required
  • Selecting jobs and identifying drawings, cross-checking with programs
  • Forming work queues and loading raw materials using a forklift
  • Transporting finished products to the next operation using a forklift or hoist
  • Measuring dimensions, angles, and rotations, making adjustments as needed
  • Changing tooling and identifying correct drawings
  • Understanding and complying with safety and environmental policies
  • Reporting and resolving safety issues, and contributing to improved practices

  • Machinery Operation: Experience with cutting and bending sheet steel or aluminum.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and able to program machines.
  • Blueprint Proficiency: Skilled at reading and understanding engineering drawings and dimensions.
