  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Taxation, Law, or Accounting
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Tax Advisory roles, preferably in the M&A tax sector
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent user of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lead and mentor more junior tax specialists
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
