Culinary Role for Noodle Head Bell Block

We are a fast-paced Chinese Restaurant in New Plymouth, operating two stores at Bell Block and Blagdon. Our team is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to prepare and cook a variety of dishes. Key responsibilities include seasoning food during preparation and cooking, monitoring food quality at all stages, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Our restaurant prides itself on quality food and high standards of service. Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Asian cuisine. Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking all dishes offered by the takeaway
• Seasoning food during preparation and cooking when necessary
• Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Assisting in improving dishes quality
• Assisting in managing the overall operation of the kitchen
• Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks
