About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Alliance Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Napier City Council. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Onekawa Depot site, working Monday to Friday.

As an Alliance Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Management: Coordinating contract management processes, ensuring the roading contracts register, tender procedures, and notices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Handling financial reconciliation tasks, including receipting, tracking, and releasing bonds, insurance, warranties, defect periods, and contract deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the Delivery team to ensure all quality assurance records are properly documented in required systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NCEA Level 3 or Equivalent.
  • 5+ Years of Administration Experience.
  • Strong Understanding of Contract Administration Processes.
  • Knowledge of Council Operations.
