We are currently seeking a highly skilled Anatomical Pathologist to join our team at Waitematā District, serving communities throughout North and West Auckland. Our dedicated team of medical professionals provides histology and cytology services to North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals, BreastScreen Waitemata Northland, and BreastScreen Auckland Central.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing approximately 57,000 specimens from 30,000 patients per year from various specialties, including gastroenterology, breast, gynaecology, genito-urinary, skin, and head and neck. As an IANZ accredited department, we prioritize quality and precision in our services.

Our ideal candidate must possess current registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA). A background in cytopathology is desirable. We offer a dynamic work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and community engagement.
