About Takanga A Fohe
Takanga A Fohe is a Pacific cultural clinical service within the Waitematā Specialist Mental Health Addictions Service group. Our goal is to deliver best care for Pacific people by providing multidisciplinary services.
As a Senior Registered Social Worker, you will play a key role in our team, working closely with Pasifika consumers, patients, and families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and advocating for Pasifika consumers, patients, and families
- Improving Pasifika health gains and relationships with internal and external providers
- Working closely with key Pasifika stakeholders
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high standard of interpersonal skills
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A full driver's license
- NZ Registered Social Worker
- Current practicing certificate
- Minimum of 2 years working in Mental Health Services
