The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their skills and knowledge in water treatment processes and operations, contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain water treatment facilities according to established procedures.\
  • Monitor and control water treatment processes to ensure high-quality output.\
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and optimise system performance.\
  • Document and report maintenance activities, faults, and repairs.\
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce waste.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels and supplies.\
  • Assist in emergency response and recovery efforts as needed.\
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.\
  • Communicate with external stakeholders as required.

  • Current NZ Drivers Licence.\

  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.\
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and attend after-hours events as required.\
