Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Buildings and Places business line as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a nationwide team of high-performing individuals, supporting their development and well-being, and driving their technical growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis of building structures. They will also have a proven ability to secure new business and successfully deliver a wide range of building-related projects.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their goals. You will be responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for a diverse range of private and public sector clients across New Zealand, while promoting knowledge sharing and expanding our structural capability to drive business growth.
