About the Role
You will play a key role in coordinating theatre bookings and fostering effective communication to ensure smooth operation of our theatre facilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Theatre Manager and Theatre Coordinator to organize theatre bookings
  • Facilitating additional lists and investigations, ensuring preoperative requirements are met
  • Managing operating lists and computer system entries
  • Fostering relationships with consultants and their office staff to enhance theatre utilization
  • Communicating effectively with hospital departments and external customers to ensure patient and consultant satisfaction

Requirements
We are looking for a personable and reliable individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask. Desired skills and experience include strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as exceptional time and organizational management abilities. Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
