**Job Summary**

We're looking for a skilled Operations Planning Manager to lead our supply planning function. As a key member of our Senior Management Group, you'll work closely with various teams to ensure our objectives are delivered through effective cross-functional partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Develop and engage a team of 6 direct reports to optimize inventory levels, maintain production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, align supply plans with market needs, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply chain and implement best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Strategic Decision Making: Utilize business acumen to inform strategic decisions, considering data-driven insights and larger market trends.
  5. Influencing and Negotiation: Influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders to drive meaningful change and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of engaging and developing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of technology advancements, AI, and inventory optimization tools.
  • Superior communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, enabling the identification of areas for improvement and driving meaningful change.
