About the Role

As an Inventory Administration professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that set inventory tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Your role will involve close attention to detail to avoid delays or extra handling required by other departments.

You will be the initial point of escalation for team members when inventory-related issues occur on the Distribution Centre floor across various departments.

  • Efficient Shipment Checks: Ensure all incoming shipments are checked within 24 hours to minimize delays and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Timely Communication: Respond promptly to all messages and chats within 24 hours to maintain clear and effective communication.
  • Daily Inventory Management: Create and manage daily cycle counts based on workload to keep inventory accurate and up to date.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Inventory team to ensure products are stored in the most efficient locations for smooth operations and as per safe storage handling requirements.
