Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective care pathways for enhanced patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services
* Support and guide junior physiotherapists within the rehabilitation team
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring outstanding rehabilitation services are delivered to clients
* Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team through sharing knowledge and best practices
