Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for individuals with complex needs
- Provide coaching and guidance to support workers on effective strategies for promoting positive behaviours
- Engage with service users, their families, and support networks to ensure their safety and quality of life is improved
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve integrated disability and healthcare services
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in the disability, mental health, or education sector
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
