Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide holistic support to clients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • To facilitate group activities and workshops, promoting social interaction and skill-building
  • To contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring they align with client goals and aspirations
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational standards

Essential Requirements: We require an experienced Support Worker who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A full / clean driver's license and ability to work variable hours, including nighttime shifts, is essential. Applicants must also have experience working in addiction or mental health settings or hold a National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work Level 4.
