Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Test Management Professional to join our PMO team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in software testing, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.

Your expertise in test management will enable us to develop and implement test plans, strategies, and schedules to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. You will also utilize your excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate the completion of testing across the organization and our vendor partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex projects, working closely with our PMO team to drive test activities across multiple projects. If you possess a strong understanding of sound Waterfall and Agile principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and schedules.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships through excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Lead the testing team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
  • Apply knowledge of sound Waterfall and Agile principles and practices.
  • Cultivate excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint, and/or M365.
