Role Summary

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team at Total Infrastructure Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pricing of projects, tendering, and cost tracking.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage the pricing of projects from tender stage through to completion
  • Track and control costs to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget
  • Monitor and forecast budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
  • Administer contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in civil and commercial site work construction
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Ability to read plans and establish variations
  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation
