Main Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and install heat pumps and air conditioning units in residential and commercial settings.
- Investigate and document common product issues to help improve system performance.
- Provide expert guidance and training to customers and colleagues.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Support the development of training materials and courses for agents and dealers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Trade certificate and license for refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
