Job Summary

You'll work closely with the service team to schedule and manage vehicle repairs, communicate service progress and costs to customers, and handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

">- As a Service Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and support to customers, working closely with the service team to ensure seamless and positive experiences.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll strive to exceed expectations through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
">Key Skills
">- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a franchise dealership environment.
- Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good computer literacy (experience on dealership software highly advantageous).
- High levels of customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- A valid driver's license.
