Tyler Wren is seeking an experienced Domestic Adviser to join their team. As a key member of our brokerage, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of personal and small business clients.

About the Role:

  • Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for handling renewals, new business, and endorsements while ensuring a high retention rate.
  • Client Engagement: You will discuss client needs to tailor insurance solutions for personal and business policies.
  • New Business Development: You will identify and secure new clients to expand the portfolio.
  • Administrative Duties: You will process policy documentation, handle queries, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Domestic Adviser or in a similar insurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines and small business insurance.
  • Relevant qualifications (ANZIFF, Level 5 general insurance strand).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and client-focused mindset.
