\Key Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- A background as a civil worker with proven experience in excavations and concrete work
- A Class 1 driver's license
- Class 2, 4, 5, and tracks endorsements (an advantage but not essential)
- An excellent safety record with good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to operate 5-ton to 21-ton excavators and tractors
- Experience in heavy labor and enjoyment of working outdoors
- Good literacy skills to read and understand construction plans
