Responsibilities
  • Assist with various human resources functions, providing support to management and associates at your location.
  • Oversight of employment-related activities at the location level, including staffing, timekeeping, record keeping of performance coaching, benefits administration, and training coordination.
  • Promote positive associate relations through effective communication and fostering a supportive work culture.
  • Review applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of human resources experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
