The Job Description
This role involves working as a Beauty Advisor with the prestigious brand, The Ordinary. Your responsibilities will include performing skincare consultations, diagnosing skincare concerns and recommending products. You will also be required to create and build a clientele, collaborate with other managers to grow your business and share your passion for the brand and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform skincare consultations to diagnose skincare concerns and recommend products
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with your clients
* Collaborate with other managers to grow your business and reach your full potential

About You
We are looking for a Beauty Advisor who has:
* Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets
* A passion for Skincare, Health and Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves
* A genuine desire to up-skill yourself with new product knowledge, reviews and launches
* Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience
