About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building dream itineraries for our customers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to make perfect recommendations, and rolling out the red carpet to ensure our customers feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dream itineraries for customers, taking into account their preferences, budget, and interests.
- Share your knowledge and expertise to recommend the best travel options, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.
- Maintain accurate records and manage bookings efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
