About the Role
Dash Swim School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Aquatic Educators. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in teaching water safety and swimming skills to children. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring the safety of students during classes, and providing excellent customer service to caregivers.

About the Job
We are looking for someone with a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering structured lessons that motivate each child to create an effective learning environment. If you have a calm and engaging manner with children, are confident in the water, and have a 'can-do' attitude towards customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver learn-to-swim lessons in the pool with up to 6 children per class
Instruct school lessons with up to 10 children per class
Ensure children are safe during lessons
Teach specific water safety lessons
Provide excellent customer service and communication to caregivers regarding the child's progression

First aid qualification which provides 4 NCEA credits
Opportunity to complete a NZ Certificate in Aquatics Level 3 (40 credits), and Level 4 (120 credits)
