**Job Description:**
As a Registered Nurse, you will be working in the Crisis Resolution Service, assessing patients in distress after hours. You will work closely with community teams to provide support and engage with organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proficient or expert PDRP qualification and a good understanding of the Mental Health Act. You must also be able to work well in a team, form good working relationships, and have the ability to support patients to achieve their goals.
